Hey there, I’m Julie. I teach the emotional skills that most of us never learned. Alcohol used to be a way to cover up all the things I didn’t know how to deal with… until it became more of a problem than a solution. My own path has been based on building emotional and relational skills so that life without alcohol feels like a happy choice, not a life sentence. Now, I use the skills I’ve learned and the practices I’ve developed to help others do the same.

• Something to write with
• A quiet spot, if that’s possible
• An open mind and a willingness to reflect
What to expect
We’ll start with some teaching time where you’ll learn key concepts and ideas. Then we’ll have space for some discussion-based learning. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. You can keep your camera off if that’s more comfortable. There’s no pressure here. Just a relaxed space to connect with one another and gain some skills to make life feel a little more manageable.
