Managing Stress Without Alcohol
A Free Live Workshop to Give You the Skills To Stop Feeling Exhausted, Overwhelmed, and Burned Out.

If you’re here, life probably feels like a lot right now. Maybe too much.
The to-do lists never end, there’s never enough time, and no matter what you do, it always feels like you’re failing or falling behind.
There’s no time (or energy) to take care of yourself, or to spend time doing the things that actually matter to you.
For a long time, alcohol was the only way you knew to relax. To take the pressure off. Now that you’ve quit? Most days it feels like you’re living in survival mode, white knuckling it through the day until you can collapse into bed and do it all again tomorrow.
If this sounds about right… it’s because I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like.
I also want to share something important: there’s a better way to handle stress without alcohol. It is absolutely possible to step out of the hustle, cope without drinking, and find peace and balance in most of your days.
What exactly is this workshop, and what will we do?
In this live workshop, you will
- Learn what is happening in your body and mind when you experience stress.
- Understand the three types of “emotional hygiene” that form the foundation of effective stress management.
- Use my framework to create a stress management strategy you can keep using long after the workshop ends.
Why now?
You shouldn’t have to ignore your own needs and miss out on the important things in life. Sure, it’s possible to stay sober when you’re living in a constant state of stress, but it’ll always feel like a fight. And you deserve more than that.
You deserve to have the confidence of knowing you can manage stress when it comes up. That you can create time for the things that matter, without feeling guilty or lazy.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a simple framework you can use anytime stress starts to build, so you’re not stuck white-knuckling your way through the day.
Workshop Date: Thursday, March 26
Session 1
12:00 PM Mountain / 2:00 PM Eastern / 6:00 PM – UK

Each session is live, interactive, and identical in content.
This workshop is not recorded to protect everyone’s privacy. Nothing you share leaves the room.
This is a live workshop, not a webinar. You’ll have time to ask questions and work through the framework during the session.
Register below and I’ll send you the Zoom link for the session you choose.
You should get a confirmation email right away. If you don’t, be sure to check your spam folder.
Hey there, I’m Julie. I teach the emotional skills that most of us never learned. Alcohol used to be a way to cover up all the things I didn’t know how to deal with… until it became more of a problem than a solution. My own path has been based on building emotional and relational skills so that life without alcohol feels like a happy choice, not a life sentence. Now, I use the skills I’ve learned and the practices I’ve developed to help others do the same.
What to bring
• A notebook or journal
• Something to write with
• A quiet spot, if that’s possible
• An open mind and a willingness to reflect
What to expect
We’ll start with some teaching time where I share key concepts and ideas. Then I’ll open up space for some discussion-based learning. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. You can keep your camera off if that’s more comfortable. There’s no pressure here. Just a relaxed space to connect with one another and gain some skills to make life feel a little more manageable.
If you’re ready to manage stress instead of feeling hijacked by it, you’re in the right place. I’m so glad you’re here.
