Sobriety Isn’t Supposed to Feel Empty.

When I first started out on this recovery journey, the one thing I kept coming back to was, “I have no idea who I am. I don’t know what I like anymore. I don’t know what’s important to me. I’ve been everything to everyone else for so long that I’ve lost touch with… me.”
And I realized… I wasn’t going to be able to start working on all the other stuff I needed to work on (that list was long!) if I wasn’t connected with myself first.
So I started digging. I talked at length with my therapist, I did tons of research, I read more books than I can count. And I journaled deeply through all of it. Those journals are what I base my work off of. The lessons I learned – the things that worked, the things that didn’t – I’ve brought it all together to make your path smoother than mine was.
And in this workbook, I walk you through the very first steps of that path. The path to a full life, but more importantly… the path to you.

Let’s get you started.
This workbook is for you if…
- You find yourself saying, “I don’t even know who I am anymore.”
- You find yourself mindlessly killing time just to get through the day.
- You crave real connection but you aren’t quite sure how to find it.
- You have a life that looks perfect, but it never feels like it’s enough.
- You feel like you’re floating mindlessly through life, and struggle to even name any goals you have.
What’s inside?
eXERCISES AND JOURNALING TO HELP YOU…
- Identify what matters most to YOU (not your family, or your friends, or society).
- Understand how these values show up in your life – and where they’re missing.
- Work to align the life you’re living with the values that matter most to you.
- Start creating a map to move forward, so you don’t feel so lost.
