Finding The Compass Within

A Free Live Workshop to Help You Find Your Direction

If you’re here, you’re probably feeling a little lost in your own life. Sobriety gave you clarity, but somehow it didn’t give you direction, and now you’re not sure who you are or what you’re moving toward. Your days look fine on the outside, but inside there’s this ache you can’t quite define, this sense that something is missing.

I get it.

I’ve lived it.

What exactly is this workshop, and what will we do?

In this live workshop, we’re going to dig deep and explore the values that make you who you are. You’ll learn how to tell the difference between what you truly care about and what the world has told you to care about. We’ll talk together, reflect together, and help you find a clearer sense of direction. You’ll leave with a realistic action plan that helps you take your values from ideas into daily life.

Why Now?

This is the perfect moment to take a breath and decide how you want next year to feel. Before the pressure of January hits, you get a chance to plan your direction from a place of clarity, not urgency. Starting the new year with a clear sense of what matters to you can change everything about how you move through it.

Hey there, I’m Julie. I’m an alcohol-free life coach and someone who once felt completely lost in sobriety too. When I quit drinking, I didn’t magically feel better. I felt directionless and unsure of who I was without alcohol. Values work is what helped me find my footing again, and it’s the tool I return to every time life feels a little too scattered or confusing. I teach this work every day because it brings people back to themselves in the most clear and honest way. I’m really glad you’re here.

    What to bring
    • A notebook or journal
    • Something to write with
    • A quiet spot, if that’s possible
    • An open mind and a willingness to reflect

    What to expect
We’ll spend our time talking together, reflecting, and exploring what matters most to you. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. You can keep your camera off if that’s more comfortable. There’s no pressure here. Just a safe, relaxed space to connect with one another and get clear about the direction you want your life to take.

If you’re ready to create a compass for your life, you’re in the right place. Come join us. I can’t wait to see what you discover!
